The Supreme Court's Exclusive Powers

The Supreme Court is the highest court in the Philippines and has the exclusive power to promulgate rules concerning the protection and enforcement of constitutional rights, pleading practice, and procedure in all courts.

Jurisdiction

The Supreme Court has jurisdiction over all cases involving the constitutionality of laws, treaties, or executive orders, and over all final judgments and decrees of lower courts.
